I would be doing like others have said already, remove the underbelly of the affected area, take out all the wet insulation, use some fans to help dry it out, spray some ammonia, and replace the insulation.
If you were to turn it in to your insurance and take it to your local rv repair shop the insurance company is not gonna pay to have tanks removed, there gonna do what everyone here has said do. Good luck with it, maybe a friend could come help.
