Once again. There is a HUGE misconception of typical TT construction. Most of the insulation cannot even be seen by removing the under belly.
It is above the Darco sandwiched between it and the subfloor.... which more and more is OSB, not plywood. OSB doesn't do well when wet. (plywood is only slightly better) If this insulation is wet, then the tanks and darco, then the insulation needs to be removed to dry it out quickly.... Mold is a longer term problem. It sets in later. The immediate concern is drying out the structural wood before the wood fibers swell and cause the "glue" holding them together to let go.
I suppose it is possible, that the water in the underbelly somehow bypassed this layer of insulation.... But not likely. You really need to look at this... If this is wet, the job is HUGE. And it may already be too late. Call your insurance. They may cheap out on the fix.... But you will be covered down the road if their cheap fix, doesn't fix it.
If you do not report it, and take the cheap easy way out, you will own this problem all by yourself.
