No need to alter anything with insurance. a flood is a flood. I paid for this insurance to protect my investment and make me whole again. I have no idea whether this incident was an accident or a malfunction of some sort. I have much more important things to worry about right now like healing myself.
I honestly think they should put a few bible verses on the inside roof panels of ambulances. Being taken out of your house on a stretched in front of your wife, young daughters and parents is the biggest reality check I have ever experienced. Today I am grateful to be able to stand up and walk and take a shower.
