I just called my insurance company to find out why an adjuster has not called me yet. They said it may be a week till I hear from them. I called back and explained the urgency of the issue and that after soaking in water for a week the situation will likely turn from a fixable issue to a complete loss due to their unresponsiveness. But hey, it's their money. I guess they don't care if a a 3k fix turns into a 20k buyout. Ridiculous!
