I dropped it off with the help of my father in law. They said they will remove the underbelly and insulation and run some big fans on it for a few days before the adjuster comes so they can better examine the extent of water damage to determine if a new floor is needed or not. They said they feel we caught in time and it is repairable. I am concerned about the impact on value future resale value. They will have the adjuster come in once they get it stripped down. My fingers are crossed for a quick and effective remedy.
