There are some high dollar wood products that are immune to this damage. But, they are not commonly used in TT construction.
Even if they give this TT a clean bill of health. I would not keep it.
If the fixing dealer will not stand behind it.... That should tell you something.
Being in construction, we build Apartments that are subjected to weather for 4-6 months before a roof is complete. OSB holds up just fine.
