This isn't an insurmountable problem. Is there someone you could enlist from the family or hire someone to pull off the under belly cover? I would also pull any fiberglass insulation that is wet and replace it. If your environment is fairly dry, a couple of fans and a warm day will make the exterior of the floor OK. If you're worried about mold, use a hand sprayer and diluted bleach and spray across the bottom of the floor when you have it dried out.
X2 I know the timing sucks, but this is not the worst that could happen.
It does, however remind us all to always check faucets and such when we hook up and charge the water lines to our rigs.
