Another thread that has gotten carried away, while in reality its very simple.
MB, here's your deal;
TV weight is 67xx#.
Dry weight of the TT is 5100#.
Loaded for a short trip, TT came to 5500#.
Tongue weight was 740#, or just under 13% of the loaded weight.
Our Sequoia has the tow package.
Previous to 2010, the Gen2 Sequoia had a tow rating of 9100lbs then Toyota adhered to the SAE towing standard and the number dropped to 7200lbs. Tongue weight allowed is the typical recommendation of 10-15% of this.
And even with the new standard applied, you are doing just fine with your numbers. If the TW is a little high for your own comfort, then removing a battery or an LP tank is the way to go. But it sure looks to me that your set up looks VERY good.
If your Sequoia is driving nice, LEAVE IT ALONE, don't change a thing just because people here are debating a few small numbers. Its not worth it.
And to answer your original question about tongue weight and the WDH, Ron answered your question, but not in terms not everyone will follow accurately. By definition, all your weights stay the same and should be used in calculating a safe tow.
In reality, when the WDH distributes the weight applied on the rear end, it also re-adds just a bit to your payload, because some weight it applied to the trailer axles. How much cannot be calculated, only a scale will tell you. And does it matter? In your case, not one bit. And again, this is not suppose to be relied upon for calculating payload and gross combined weights.
