WDH while staying hooked up overnight

I don't even bother to put the stabilizers down if it is just one night (like at Walmart or Cracker Barrel). I unhook the electric cable from the truck and put out the bedroom slide (sometimes even the slide with the sofa). Never a problem.

I put the tongue jack down but it has zero to do with the truck....it had everything to do with stabilizing the TT...the less bouncing the better.

No problem doing what you describe.

Draining the battery depends on what TV you have. Ford TV electric systems only energize the trailer when the ignition is turned on. So leaving the 7 pin connected is not a problem.

That's the way we see it too. We do exactly the same. ;)

Whenever we are in a stop and go situation be it an hour lunch break or an overnight at the local CG we stay hooked.

The WD hitch is adjusted for level towing, no sense disconnecting if the campsite is reasonable level. We usually connect to shore power but do not drop the stabilizer jacks. At times we will run out the slide.

The next morning we unplug and go.
