My recommendations:
Carry a metal file in the camper. Cabinet corners may need to be filed smooth.
Sometimes the cabinet latches become difficult to operate. Loosen the clamp screw and move the latch out as far as it will go, away from the hinge side.
Good Luck, you dodged a bullet by dumping the "TC from Hell".
P.S.
You might want to raise the rear jacks up. So they don't drag or hit anything while going off-road. Merely unbolt the 3 bolts and raise the jacks to utilize the upper 2 bolt holes. DO NOT use the jacks in this position.
