Well done - you made an excellent job of negotiating that trade.
This looks like an excellent camper choice. You certainly won't be stressing your 1-ton truck during your long journey ahead. I also like the fact that if after this trip you want to keep it and decide to do more offroad travel you have the option of keeping the camper and fitting it to a more offroad capable truck.
I second Sue's advice about taking a shakedown trip in it ASAP before you use it for real.
