Jorn,
Yes, this looks like a good one. I love the metalic, Airstream look of the exterior. A definite change from the usual composite or aluminum layered siding white box. After going to the dealer's site, i was struck by the short bed model of what you bought. It MUST be very light with a 1600 pound or so dry weight! Me thinks they did not add the optional features to the posted dry weight to make it come out that light. The fresh tank is small and the grey and black tanks are much larger. Good idea for remote travel. I can carry a 30 gallon reserve water plastic barrel with a hand pump if I have to. It's a resurrected pickle barrel they were hawking for emergency water after the "Big earthquake" when we lived in L.A. The only woe is you must put in the back seat of the truck and then fill it as you won't be able to lift 240 pounds of water.
Remember that propane is not as available in Mexico as it is in more northern America.
This is a very attractive camper. Keep me (us) posted on how it works out. Your post and choice has sparked my interest, especially when they said it is completely insulated (walls and ceiling).
regards, as always, jefe
