Ever...!
lmao - joeshmoeExplorerAll I know is we were well on our way to energy independence with the pipeline scheduled to come online within a few years in early 2020, prior to the absolute insanity that took place.
I'm supposed to believe those same people who created this mess? No thanks.
Whoever voted for the current guy and his party, owes me gas money. - jimh406Explorer III

Not true, but believe what you want.
There is no explicit tie between all of the different countries. Sure, they can all make the same mistakes or not.
Fwiw, the dollar is doing "well" vs the "Euro" right now. There would be no difference if inflation was the same for the "world".
That doesn't mean we can't do better. - mbloofExplorer

I all truthfulness we need an adjustment in pricing. A small teardrop camper that sold for $8-9,000 is now selling for $22,000. Houses are now selling at more than double their previous price. Even if salaries had doubled those prices can not be sustained. Don't blame it on the price of oil. Capitalism making a buck by speculation.
Um, no. It has zero to do with capitalism and everything to do with socialist and all the free money being thrown around. You simply cannot print your way out of poor economic policy.
Ding ding ding...^^^ winner! So simple to understand, so difficult to get people to see it.
The problem with this theory is that inflation is a world wide issue/problem and:
- very few countries (if not ONLY the US) provided stimulus to their economy
- less stimulus was spent during covid then +8-12yrs ago bailing out different industries
Unchecked and unregulated greed+profit cuts across all markets the world over.

They're seeing it first hand every time they walk into the grocery store or drive into a gas station. - Reality_CheckNomad II

Ok, the Federal Reserve's quarterly report is clickbait
This is all Fox Business context. Nowhere did I find a link to the actual Federal Reserve's quarterly report. They are all Fox's alternate reality links
Really? Alternate reality links? OK, sorry to get your shorts all knotted up but I suppose Fox should have not summarized the report, and published all 47 pages of it. Unfortunately they wrote a short piece, the same as CNN. BTW the link you provided is not to the full report either. On the right side of the page you linked to is the link to the full report under "related Links".
Or maybe here?
