What makes you think the front is more than 3900 on that truck? Did you weight it? It might be less than 3900 now.
Also, keep in mind that the OEM ratings are not necessarily the same as safe ratings. That's been documented here lots of times. Do a search if you want to know more. You may have to search the archives.
