I have been running Rickson 19.5" wheels with Michelin and Continental tires since 2005 on first a Ram 2500 4x4 and now 90,700 miles on a Ram 3500 4x4.
Who would think you couldn't run 19.5" wheels and tires on a 4x4? The 225 19.5" tires had the same diameter as the OEM tires on my 2500. I went with 245s with the 3500 and had the computer programmed for them.
