There are plenty of spots I would park a SRW where people can open their doors just fine where the same could not be said of a DRW. What part of wider is so hard to understand? A wider truck takes a wider space. Yes the dually may "fit", but you'll be trapping the cars next to you.
It's not a major problem or a show stopper. It's just a downside for some as the very title of the thread was asking.
