What are you towing with your Ford F150 5.4 litre? Anything added to beef it up?

I tow the trailer in my sig. 8200 lbs loaded. I have LT BF Goodrich tires E rated. I also have timbrens on the rear bump stops. I also use a hensley arrow. For now it tows our trailer just fine.
