Not the weight police, I tow over GVWR also, but all of my pictures with my 5er hitched up are with the LANDING GEAR UP, the pin is actually on the truck, stock suspension no add on's.

I will say it isn't only F150's 1500's, but 250's/2500's and 350's and 3500's. If you really need those enhancements maybe you are a bit too much over the safe towing capacity of our TV, even if you are within all the numbers!!!

Many state "I took it out on the interstate and it did ok, I will just take it easy and go a little slower!! This apples to all TV's.

Ask yourself this, would you feel safe and comfortable driving this road at 55 to 60 mph?? This is a main state highway from Portland, OR to the coast. It is one of the main routes from Portland to one of the largest campgrounds in the US with over 500 sites. Many log trucks and 53' semis run it also.

I believe the question is what are you towing with your F-150 5.4L not what or where you are not.

This is getting So Old!
