Up here, if you use the Build and Price web app, you can choose 9900 or 10000 for your F250, but all trucks I've seen on the lot are 9900, presumably because they are cheaper to license?
And at 9900# GVWR, a Reg Cab 4x4 F250 6.2L can easily come in at 3250# payload or better. Your crew cabs are less of course.
