- TravelingTeacheExplorerGot a sneak peek at how our newly renovated bedroom will look. Almost done!
- facoryExplorerDe-winterized TT today, finally. Did a systems check of the water heater, fridge, furnace and onboard water system. The newly installed accumulator tank worked like it should. The kitchen faucet barely ran water while all other outlets had good pressure. Hmmmm! Checked the faucet aerator - plugged with water heater debris. Blew it out and problem solved.
Next is the annual trip to the trailer shop to inspect the brakes and repack the bearings. She'll be ready to roll in no time. - WoodGlueExplorerJeez, everyone's been busy!
I'm going to Pismo Beach next weekend and trying out a new water regulator and hopefully putting the mattress topper on (if I feel like wrangling the mattress around) :B
WoodGlue - rode2nowhereExplorerI plugged it in today, charged battery, afraid to dewinterize yet
- Todd_GExplorerTraded our 2004 Kodiak 235 in on a 2014 Jayco Swift 264BH, which we pick up in a couple weeks.
- wrvondExplorer IILast week I replaced the "pancake" ceiling light in the bedroom with an actual round residential style light. Oiled bronze with frosted glass dome. Looks and works great. I thought I took pictures, but can't find them. Might be on my wife's phone...
Today I finally got to install my home made awning braces. I had assembled the legs with brackets earlier (during the big freeze), so today I only had to run the awning out and mount the brackets to the arms. - NJRedneck1986ExplorerJust thought id give an update went inside the trailer and the first thing u smell is lemo from the lemon pinesole i checked all the storage and under the bed the sink etc for rodents and poop and nest and nothing no bugs either.
Looks like the pinesole really keeps them out. No spiders bugs or rodents :-) - Passin_ThruExplorerWe had 70 MPH or higher winds here. Going out today and put it back on the blocks.
- GrandpaKipExplorer IIRepaired the delaminated section on forward port side. It was 2' long and top to bottom. Used gorilla glue and exterior lauan. Now gotta clean off silicone and put on trim and hatch.
