Installed my shunt for the battery monitor. Its below the sink behind the floor storage wall next to the Hot water tank (the wood strips on the floor is where the sink compartment wall mount).
I crimped the copper lugs on with my hydraulic crimper, heat shrinked the connection then added a silicone boot and secured it in place.
It was a perfect spot - right at the bend from the main 2AWG NEG Battery cable as it ascends into the basement power center in the Artic Fox 990. The extra lug on the "load" side is my 6AWG cable going to my DC-DC charger.
