I had a 2010 811 that I bought new in November of 2009. Last January, February and March I kept looking at new AFs, then I'd tell myself My 811 was perfect. I watched the inventory dwindle to virtually nothing at all the dealers in WA and Oregon. Then I'd start shopping again.
Finally I decided "opportunity knocks" and put my 811 up for sale in August knowing that I could get top dollar for it.
First guy that came and looked at it drove to Spokane from Orondo, WA and bought it. I found a sweet 2018 992 in Moses Lake prior to selling my 811 and snatched it up.
I like the exterior colors on the 2018/2019. I also don't like the gray AF.
Arctic not gray!
