What do I look and listen for when buying a 6.7 F350 Diesel

That is alot of miles for a 3 year old truck! Go and see a new one, see how it sounds, test drive it. Then compare that to the 2011 that your looking at. Stay at 2014 or older because the 2015 are different from the 2011-2014 mechanically. Anyway good luck.
