What do yo know about an 09 6.4 Ford Diesel?

Thanks everyone. I guess I will just keep my V-10. Haven't quite turned 78,000 miles yet and it is doing the job pretty well. I just spotted the 09 at the dealer and they are asking less than book value. I suspected it was to good to be true. Thanks for all the replies!
Actually I am pretty happy with my truck. But the 09 is a "Lariat" much fancier model!
