- pappcamExplorerI have 2 bags of lynx levellers that I use.
- dlosExplorerLynx levelers most of the time unless on concrete pad. If on hilly site I use the Lynx levelers as a base and a 6x6x6 block of wood on top of the levelers.
Always use a 6x6x6 block of wood under the tongue jack to get some extra height to make hooking back up to truck easier.
Generally, the less of the levelers being extended, the more stable they are. - GrandpaKipExplorer III carry 2 pieces of 6x6 and a 2x6 for the tongue if needed. I don't like to extend the jack any higher than necessary for the wobble factor. The stabilizers sit on the yellow lego blocks which sit on 12x12x1/2 marine plywood scraps. I use the plywood if on gravel or ground the legos will sink in.
- GaryWTExplorerWe have an old 4X6 that we use under the tongue. We have 4 sets of lynx levelers and what we do not use under the wheels, we stack at the 4 corners. Once in awhile we do not need them all but this allows us to cranck a lot less plus when the stabilizers are fully extended they are not as stable.
- rbtgloveExplorer8"X8" square pieces cut from 3/4 inch rubber horse mats work great and don't slip or break. Use long strips for whell levelers.
- naturistNomadFoot long pieces of 2x6.
- rbpruExplorer IIUnder the tongue Jack I use three 2x6s about a foot long. Under the stabilizers I use a 1x6 again about a foot long.
On soft ground over time they will settle in. - RVcircusExplorer III use 12" sections of 4x4's
- mboppExplorerPieces of 4X4 skids off a pallet, or a piece of 3X5 landscape timber.

What do you put under your stabilizers and trailer tongue jack? I'm tired of using bricks.
I use Lynx levelers for leveling side to side but was given two sets of a different brand of plastic leveling blocks so I secured the blocks together to make up four easy to handle 4x sets and use them exclusively under the stabs, sometimes one under each stab, sometimes a couple under one or more stabs depending on the slope of the ground. Under the tongue jack I use a 4x stack of 2"x 8" wood anytime the trailer once leveled is sitting either normally or tongue high, as shown in this pic.. If the trailer once leveled is sitting really tongue low I instead use a single square piece of 3/4" plywood to provide solid footing for the tongue jack.
SoundGuy. - why so high, I mean why use 4 of the lynx blocks? Just curious as I've only been using 1 under the tongue and stabilizers.
