What does your mechanics in your area charge per hour?
Just curious what mechanics charge in your area charge. My mechanic charges $85 per hour by what the book says it will take.

That's probably a bargain. I guess I use a lot of different mechanics; some independent and some a car or RV dealer but I think it ranges from around $85 to over $100. Of course that's what the service cost me, not what the mechanic actually is paid.
