What Is a realistic discount to expect off MSRP?

Newmar charges more than double that amount for a factory pickup, and from what I hear it is worth every penny. Of course that's for a motorhome and not a truck camper.
However, they assign a person who spends as much time as a new owner needs or wants, and go over everything with them. If Host, or other truck camper companies do that' I would think it would be money well spent.
