What is going on with the underbelly of this Jayco?

I inspected it pretty good and saw no sign of mold, no soft floors, some minor things broken like handles, but overall in good shape. except for a repaired leak under the sink. I have lots of rental property and know this happens a lot so it wasn't that concerning to me.
