What is going on with the underbelly of this Jayco?

Could be any of the things previously suggested by other posters. Only you can decide if the price/problem ratio is within the range you would be willing to tolerate. It would depend a lot on how handy you think you are. To some a gutted RV is a fun project. To some it's a terrible headache. Obviously a 10 YO used rig is not going to be in the same condition as one just off the line.
