What is most weight you guys haul with a F250?

There can big a big difference in payload capacities on a 250. I just bought a 2016 F250 crew cab with a yellow sticker payload of 3157 lbs. My truck is a 2 wheel drive with a gas V8. I have seen the same model truck with a diesel engine and 4X4 with a payload of 2200 lbs.. Just saying that not all 250s have the same capacities so a little shopping around may be in order.
