For me, I don't hate them. I just don't go there. :)
I find their prices are high, their customer service is hit and miss, and while they are quick to resolve issues brought here on the forum, I hear of too many problems happening in general. I prefer a place that will prevent problems not resolve them.
Personally, I couldn't care less about the politics garbage - if I stopped going everywhere that had an employee, owner, manager with a different viewpoint than mine, I would be home 364 days a year.
