What is the problem with Camping World?

I think the problem is that people are more apt to complain about a vendor to a forum than praise a vendor on a forum. High pressure sales seems to be kind of the norm for most dealerships both chain and mom and pop. Camping world may not have any more disgruntled customers than other dealers. But it's the sheer number of independent dealerships that makes camping world stand out.
For example compare Camping World with 36 independent dealerships (Wikipedia) to a single mom and pop dealer.
To make it easier lets say each dealer sells 10 RV's a month and has a complaint rate if 1 complaint per month reported to this forum.
Camping world with 36 dealerships and 1 complaint per dealer we see 36 posts complaining about camping world for every 360 RV's sold.
Mom and Pop dealer has same complaint of 1 out of every 10 sold and we see only 1 complaint.
So now when we look at the forum we see it lit up with complaints (36)about camping world and only 1 complaint about the mom and pop dealer. So even though the complaint rate is the same (1 in 10) it appears that Camping world is doing a much worse job than the mom and pop.
