What is the problem with Camping World?

My experience with Camping World was superb. I hit a road hazard that took out my 25 ft. TT undercarriage.
I suspect the reason for their promptness was because I initiated a series of phone conferences between CW, my insurance agent and myself.
We laid out a time table plan for,
* Repair estimates.
* Acceptance of items to be fixed.
* Time to complete repair, once parts arrived.
I did follow ups calls to make confirm that everyone had done what they said they were going to do.
The time from towing in to CW to me towing to back yard was 6 weeks including 2 1/2 weeks waiting for a new Lippert under carriage.
In general, if you need it CW will have it but they definitely are not the cheapest.
