So far I think its great, used it once on a 2013 MobileSuites. The Schwintec slide broke, both sides needed replacement total bill $2900 costs me $300 deductible plus $250 shipping for parts they only pay up to $50 on freight. I had 2 freight bills because they could not determine both sides needed replacing until they fixed the problem on 1 side to get the slide to operate then they found the other side did not work properly. A lot depends on what your abilities are in doing your own repairs, I do a lot of my own work but I don't have the tools or equipment to do a slide repair of this magnitude and most of the time you are not at home when the breakdown occurs.
This breakdown occurred in an rv park so I needed help in getting the slide back in, way too big and heavy when its overhead, my Good Sam Roadside paid a tech to come out and help get it pushed back in, there were no Rv service centers in the area that could work on the slide. Extended warranty service only pays if the tech actually fixes it.
