I've done a ton or research on this subject. I believe the best built is travel trailer Arctic Fox. They aren't as blingy as some other brands and they cost quite a bit more but from what I see, it's worth it (at least to me).
That doesn't mean they're perfect, they still have a ways to go but I see much better construction in thier RV's than any other brand I've checked on-line and at several RV shows.
I believe this so much that this week we'll take possession of a new Silver Fox 32A.
