24-26' and sleep 6 for $10 k , the foxes and most premium brands will get tough unless yo go fairly old.
My original thought had been an egg or a camplite but I was thinking 1-4 users.
Jayco is certainly a well established name but I think I would look for a fiberglass unit if possible. Forest River Rockwood or Flagstaff models come to mind, although you will hear of many detractors.
