For your budget, this one should be a slam dunk.
Really nice 2000 Mobile Scout on consignment over at Cleburne, PPL Motorhomes. I've been coming up with excuses not to buy it. I called about it, has a good history. New tires, resealed roof within last 2 years, look at the condition of the original decals. It will have heated and insulated tanks, gelcoat fiberglass exterior, high quality wood cabinets, porcelain toilet, metal residential plumbing fixtures, this thing is heavy, and the frame is very well built. Big holding tanks for this size trailer too.
Great frame, all aluminum superstructure, equaflex shock absorber suspension, in their day, one of the best built you could get for the money. Sunnybrook Titan LX was identical to and marketed under the Mobile Scout name in the West/Southwest. FWIW, Winnebago bought Sunnybrook in the last crash to start making their towables.
