Can't answer for the build quality of the Fleetwood model you mentioned, but if your budget of $10K has moved "up" and you want a strong and well-built trailer, consider this one in Cleburne:2006 Mobile Scout 30FKS
For the same reasons as previously posted on the lower cost 2000 Mobile Scout.
2006 Sunnybrook Mobile Scout
Winnebago bought Sunnybrook/Mobile Scout to start building their towables, (Minnie etc.) While they are in the top group of "traditional" travel trailers, not sure they are as heavy duty and well built as the old Sunnybrooks.
Edit: Press release on Mor-Ryde suspension system on the Mobile Scout.

FWIW, the unit posted above was "on sale" for just under $15K last week.
Edit: if your Fleetwood Wilderness model is at CW Lubbock, I noticed they have it listed as a "Handyman Special" and they posted a youtube for sale video back in January of this year, so it has been in inventory at least 7 months, I wonder why it hasn't sold yet?
Here's a walk-through of a 2007 model, identical layout:

Thanks for those links. I like them, they are just a lot bigger then what I want. Even that Wilderness was way bigger then what I want, but it was close by. I really want something in the 24 to 26 range if at all possible. I am not eliminating 30 footers, but they are a last resort at this point.
