What RV Travelers clubs are the best for discounts?

I am confused what your post has to do with the title so I will answer the title. The best deal is senior citizen discounts especially the America the Beautiful Senior Pass;

Many states also have senior discounts.

For commercial parks it is probably Passport for the best deal.

Also Good Sam has discounts as a benefit of membership.
