- bertnspikeExplorerI have a membership and just have not used it that much over 2 years. I have, however, used it enough for it to have paid for itself, and will renew again.

when it comes to your comment it may be true for you and maybe most, but it is not so for many others including myself…
C2C requires an investment in a home park… that was a good thing in my case and the one single thing that saved me thousands of dollars over many years… there are different types of home parks from deeded ownership, shareholder ownership, to a timeshare style… all of these work for some people…
the C2C membership was separate from a home park membership… it was often included with the home park membership, but was never expensive the years I belonged… it to, saved my thousands of dollars, in amounts that PA or other discount programs couldn’t even hold a candle to…
I have also owned private CG memberships that in some cases could have doubled as my home park… having 2 of these in south FL… allowed me to winter in FL for 6 months for under $1000 a year… and C2C allowed me to diversify my stays in other parts of FL at low cost for 2 weeks at a time…
While things have changed and membership parks have declined in number they can still be a good option…
The one single thing that ruined or is ruining reciprocal camping like C2C are the unscrupulous membership resale brokers you read about and many here have recommended… - hersheyExplorerIts not new, we subscribed to it about 8 years ago and it was just not worth the money. Obviously it was a dig at a member who was using the forums to advertise their business which is against the forum rules. Just telling them "no" and seeing the post disappear generally won't discourage an advertiser. But if they advertise against the rules and then get a whole bunch of negative publicity in response, they will think twice before doing it again. Thumbs up to the poster, whether or not the information is correct. And why shouldn't it be, it only happened 40 some years ago.down home wrote:

Coast to Coast is the the only membership camping network that rates our resorts annually and requires a minimum rating for affiliation. The Bee's Resort has historically had high ratings (this year's is 8/9*/6.5) and is currently a Coast to Coast Resort. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

1970s I think we looked a Coast to Coast near Crossville, Tn I think. The lodge wasn't complete but he made a big deal of swinging by the swimming pool from. a good distance. Looked s little closer later. It was a kiddie pool. That set the tone for me and we left.
Is there actually a point to your post???:h Is it you don’t like kids??? :R
wait a minute. they were being shown the facility and a "swimming pool" was pointed out. then they found out it was a kiddie wading pool. and you don't have an issue with that? I certainly do.

My first stop at the Bees was at $4 a day and have stayed there many times for $10 or less as a C2C member… - Coast_AdminExplorerCoast to Coast is the the only membership camping network that rates our resorts annually and requires a minimum rating for affiliation. It may be a scam and I only saw 5 parks listed in North Carolina; however you can stay at Bee's for $10 a night which we did 3 years ago for 2 weeks with the Coast to Coast membership. I do not have the C2C anymore and joined Passport.
I personally went to Bee's RV in Florida that is on their list. And trust me you will NEVER stay there for 10.00 a night!
What Bee's Resort told me was you have to JOIN 'their' membership for X$$$. Don't remember the exact amount but it was a lot of money to THEN be able to have the discount. AND that's on TOP of paying this website the yearly fee. Can you spell scam?
Every link I clicked on from this website for a CG that I know of was not a working link to the CG. It's a money scam.
