Generators are a big deal to us. We spend allot of time off the grid. Through the years I have found out that skimping on generators isn't a good idea, as you get what you pay for.
I have five right now and use the Honda 2000 the most and the Honda 3000 when we need to use the air conditioner. I use the noisy ones for industrial type usage and loaners.
Had a Yamaha 4000 ES and it would not run my 13,500 btu air conditioner in 90 degree heat but the Honda 3000 will.... Needless to say, I'm a Honda generator fan for rving.Quiet and reliable.
