Many years ago, I had a dear friend call me up on my cell phone; “Hey Bryan! What are your doing?”
He knew me well and knew I must be up to something.
“Hi, I am sitting here in the Safeway parking lot, in Boulder, getting my Direct TV DVR hooked up to my HD Satellite Dish!” I answered somewhat excited.
“Seriously, Bryan? You’re putting a Satellite dish in an RV?” My friend answered incredulously.
“Sure I am. You have one in your government housing Cabin in Moose, Wyoming.” I answered immediately and calmly.
After a bit of a pause, he answered back; “Uh, well, yeah. I guess if you are going to live in it full time, that’s different.”
That’s the thing, many people have reasons that might be different than what your use and interest is. Me? I like knowing what is happening in the rest of the world, the world I have chosen to step away from, in a fashion, but still find if fascinating to watch. Albeit, now from a distance.
Mark me down with a 27” LED. I replaced a 32” LCD with the LED. The LED uses a fraction of the power the LCD once used.
