I recently mounted a 24" on a locking swivel bracket.
Got the TV from Best Buy. It's the Insignia 24". It was on sale for $139 at the time, and it's a 12v unit powered from an external brick, so I can power it directly from the batteries. Next step is to fab a shelf/bracket to mount the Dish receiver under the cabinet where the light currently is next to the TV in the pic.
