The OP asked about size of TV so I will answer that without editorial comment. I have a 19" in th cab over on a swing out rack. However, a couple of years ago I realized that A) We usually watched TV from the dinette which was uncomfortable ...and.... B) We seldom used the microwave, so I pulled the microwave and mounted a 2nd 22" TV in front of the opening. The cavity gives extra storage and a place to put my Satellite receiver. And yes, I carry a portable dish!! I often stay in cities where it is nice to have TV in the evenings. i always joke that "roughing it" means I don't set up the satellite!!!! :D. ;)
