I have a little bigger TT. I have one Honda 2000i. It does well with all except AC, and the microwave runs but at a lower power, you can hear it drag down, but it does work. Everything else no issue. My advice is if you don't want the AC a 2000ish works, if you want the AC then something like (2) 2000i (or similar) or one 3000ish.
I went with Honda because of its lowest decibel rating. I nor other campers want to hear it in the boon-docks. Others perform just as well but substantially loader.
If I had to do it again I would have bought a 3000, then I could use it in power outages in the home for fridge and freezer.
