I started out with a nice little Yamaha 1000, but wanted/needed more. Next was a Honda 2000. I might as well have stayed with the Yamaha as the Honda won't run much more. I now have a Champion 3500/4000 which provides the 30 amps that my travel trailer was designed with and what most campgrounds provide. Nothing else to learn, if it will run in the park, it will run with the Champion. Not as quiet as no generator, but none of the others are either.
