What you do with pet abandon at CG ?

I carry a little extra cat food for strays.
But ****! I'd have to throw the whole **** cat to that thing.

Yeah man I'm still here. Wasted away on hydrocodone from my back surgery Monday. I got a half inch of rain so far. Our house is on top of the levee...Trinity River in the backyard, city of Liberty out front. I'm the highest in town, so to speak.
You bailed out of Texas fast, I swear I didn't tell the cops you were here.LOL

I think I figured out how alligators travel long distance in Texas.
That is how Doppler shows the area today. We left 10 days ago and have nice weather in Georgia.

It's the weekend. Party time at Bolivar.

We have NASA appointments next week, than we go East.
It is Gypsy Run, so "East this Year" is the only schedule.
You Texas guys have strange way of using the beach. For a moment it did look like California Flea market to me.

If you are going east on I-10 stop at Pappadeaux's Seafood Kitchen. They usually have some fried gator as an appetizer. Just before you get into Beaumont, I-10 at Walden Rd.

That pic is taken from a video that shows that particular cat next to a beached boat with tourists watching. They laughed when the cat clawed at the gator's nose and slid back into the water.

Be careful, with our high humidity no matter how much you sweat it has no cooling effect. I was soaked by 10am today.
Run over to Stingaree Marina and geat a good meal up on the deck. Good view of the Intracoastal Waterway and bay fishermen coming and going. They have live music tonight.

How long are you at Bolivar?

We are on Bolivar Peninsula and with Ocean breeze only 90F so far.
Coming from Las Vegas I can work at 110F for 1/2 hr and stay dry.
But with 80% humidity here, I am sweat 3 seconds after leaving the camper.
