What's wrong with bumper sewer hose storage???

I've read about and seen some really cool ideas for storing the slinky but still can't figure out why folks won't use the rear bumper storage (If available)? I know the factory caps fall off and th...

I made brackets and used all-thread. I hung them from the frame rails:







I have the exact hose and fitting that you have pictured, fits great in my bumper, but your set-up looks awesome. I might hang a few of those under my trailer for fishing rod storage.
