We purchased a used rental from a dealer. Received a receipt for the amount paid in full that also listed the camper unit and its serial number.
Because they are a business, also had a purchase agreement indicating we agreed to pay a specific amount for a specific camper with specific items included. But it is the receipt that indicates we've paid in full for that camper, fulfilling our obligations under the purchase agreement.
