Most states consider a truck camper as cargo. That is good as it does not need to be initially registered nor have annual registration fees. Get a Bill of Sale from the seller and that should suffice. If the original owner had a loan on it there might be a document that the bank gave to the seller when the loan was paid off. It might be a manufacturer's origin certificate.
